Carol offers clients a strong background in Marketing and social psychology. Her academic training includes a B.S. and M.B.A. in Marketing as well as an M.A. and Ph.D. in Applied Social Psychology. This combined with 25 years of qualitative research and consulting experience allows her to offer unique perspectives and approaches to clients’ research problems.

She has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies in a wide variety of industries including automotive, consumer package goods, insurance and pharmaceutical products. Her work has also included projects with many different respondent types ranging from children to seniors and blue collar workers to corporate executives and physicians.

She has published both academic and professional papers, taught numerous seminars on qualitative research and has been a Visiting Professor at the University of Western Australia, Xavier University, and the University of West Florida.

Creative yet practical assistance in the design of studies, thorough probing and questioning in groups as well as insightful, well organized reports are Carol’s hallmarks.
